Anxiety is such a common symptom that people experience! Below I’ve provided 4 ways to instantly reduce feelings of anxiety, worry, and overwhelm. Apply them for a natural in-the-moment stress buster to conquer your day with ease!

Change your Diet

Anxiety is VERY commonly related to food triggers. Cut out these triggers for 2 weeks and watch your stress levels plummet. I recommend eliminating these foods completely for a 2 week trial period, and then adding them back in, 1 at a time, to see which foods specifically lead to anxious thoughts:

  • Processed sugar
  • Caffeine
  • Chocolate
  • Wheat products
  • Alcohol
