Banana + Chocolate + Nut Butter Protein Shake!
Sometimes we need a punch of protein on the go! Enter, this delicious recipe which packs a nutrient punch all while tasting GREAT! This is a great way to fool your kids into drinking a healthy "milkshake!" Try it out, and let me know what you think!

Banana + Chocolate + Nut Butter Protein Shake
- 1 ripe banana (can be frozen)
- 1 tbs nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sun butter, etc)
- 1 cup almond milk (can substitute your favorite dairy-free milk here)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop chocolate (dairy free/soy free!) protein powder (my favorite is Orenda)
- 1 tsp honey
- 5-10 ice cubes
